New Features:
- Updated Login Page:
- Added a new Fixably login window with a more modern look and feel.
- GSX Integration:
- GSX Purchase Orders can now be manually reopened and closed in the Fixably UI.
- GSX Purchase Orders can now be edited in the Fixably UI.
- Macros:
- Added a new macro step > order.receive
- This macro step will take the Service Location / Internal location settings from Store settings.
- This is useful for tenants using internal transits where different device types are serviced at different service locations.

Updates to Existing Features:
- Macros:
- Added a new configuration option where all automated macro steps can be hidden.
- Previously, some macro steps could not be hidden when using Tasks in a macro with both automated and non-automated steps.
- Added new logic to macros with hidden and automated steps.
- If a macro has hidden and automated steps and the User uses the “Previous” button, they will now be taken back to the previous step they are expected to interact with.
- Previously, they would be taken to the immediate previous step, even if it was hidden and automated.
- Added a new configuration option where all automated macro steps can be hidden.
- Tasks:
- Added a new option to Task settings where a User can set the default value of a Select-type Task in the Fixably UI.
- Users can also specify that a Select-type Task is displayed with a “Please Choose” option when used in a macro.
- Previously, Fixably support was needed to update these settings for you.

- Cost Estimates:
- Updated the recipient hierarchy when a User sends a cost estimate:

- Updated the Order Line status response so the names in the API match what is visible in the UI.
- GSX Integration:
- Changed how frequently GSX appointments are fetched to 15 minutes (previously 60 minutes).

- Updated BI_Repairs table to offer better support for IGSPN integration users.
- Fixably Signature App:
- UI improvements in System Settings > Integrations > Fixably Signature App
- Device Data:
- Made a logic change to prevent a User from editing a device and adding a serial number that already exists in the system.
- Previously, if a User edited a Device, they could add a serial number that was already available in the system.

- Made a logic change where triggers that use a Task as a condition will automatically trigger regardless of the Queues the task is assigned to.
- This is a useful change for Depot customers where a Task value may be filled in during one part of the workflow, but does not need to be visible in the Order until later in the workflow.

Bug Fixes:
- GSX Integration:
- Fixed an issue where GSX repairs could be set to Awaiting Parts automatically when not desired.
- Fixed an issue where GSX escalations were unavailable to non-admin users.
- Fixed an issue where customer lookup limits were not being respected.
- Fixed an issue where GSX Reimbursement values could be imported incorrectly when using Hungarian Forints.
- Fixed an issue where the GSX Sold-to name could be masked
- Product Labels:
- Fixed an issue where the price could overlap the barcode.
- Printouts:
- Fixed an issue where the Terms section does not respect line breaks or formatting.
- Rounding:
- Fixed an issue where the Bring to Order dialogue could round an already rounded value.
- Signature App:
- Fixed an issue where technician signatures could be displayed as an X.
- Fixably API:
- Fixed an issue where GET /purchase_orders was unable to be filtered by the created_at or updated_at dates.
- Fixed an issue where Order Webhooks could be triggered multiple times under some circumstances.
- Status Limits:
- Fixed an issue where yellow limit emails contained Orders that have already reached their red limit.
- Purchase Orders:
- Fixed an issue where the Parts Arrived status was not automatically updated when a PO was completely received.
