New Features:
- Email Branding:
- Added a new feature to add HTML branding to your email templates.
- This feature has been previously limited to our enterprise customers, but is now available to all Fixably customers.
Updates to Existing Features:
- Order Import:
- Added the End User State Province and Country to the Order Import form
- Roles & Permissions:
- To align with the support ticket standards from many of our customers, we have disabled the ability to submit support tickets for the default “User” permission group.
- Cost Estimates:
- Updated the “Pay” button when using a payment integration with Cost Estimates.
- Advanced repair stickers:
- Added a new option where the Order number can not be generated as a QR code.
- Custom Pricing Options:
- Added a new option where Admins can now disable a custom pricing option if it is no longer being used.
- Fixably API:
- Added a new option to define the file type when using POST /v3/orders/{orderId}/files/attach
Bug Fixes:
- GSX Integration:
- Fixed an issue where the purchase sold-to name was missing on some device cards.
- Fixed an issue where a message was added multiple times when no reservations were found.
- Fixed an issue where DOA parts were not synced to GSX correctly.
- Fixed an issue with retrieving Find My device statuses.
- Fixably API:
- Fixed an issue where non-serialized products were expecting a serial number when using POST/stocks/{id}/products
- Cost Estimates:
- Fixed an issue where the newly released manual approval options were not saving an Order note with the reason.
- Snippets:
- Fixed an issue where the snippet options were not changing when the note type was changed.
- Part Requests:
- Fixed several issues that could result in Parts getting stuck in an incorrect status.
- Fixed an issue where the badges indicating how many requests are pending were showing incorrect values.
- Customer Portal:
- Fixed an issue where a device model is required error message was appearing even when the device model was already filled out.
