New Features:
- New Fixably Camera Applications:
- Fixably has created two new native camera applications for Android and iOS.
- Search for “Fixably Camera” in the App Store and Google Play Store!
- Google Play Store:
- Apple App Store:
- User Tagging in Orders:
- Added a new option to Order notes where other employees can now be “tagged”.
- When a user types @ and starts entering a name, any available matches will appear.
- This will send the other user a notification.
- GSX Integration:
- Added the MDM status to the device card.
Updates to Existing Features:
- Cost Estimate with Options:
- Added a new option to the Cost Estimate form so an employee can action (approve, decline, etc) a cost estimate on the customer’s behalf.
- This is useful for organizations with customer contact centres where Repairs could be approved over the phone.
- This option has also been added to Roles & Permissions so Admins can decide who has this option.
- Tenant Localization:
- Updated Saudi Arabian localization to include provinces.
- Fixably API:
- Added a new option when updating orders to set the Internal Location
- System Settings:
- UI changes to the Repair Stickers page.
Bug Fixes:
- Custom Pricing Options:
- Fixed an issue where Custom Pricing Options could not be used with parts that came from GSX.
- GSX Integration:
- Fixed an issue where Find My information was not visible under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where GSX user settings could not be saved.
- Fixed an issue with Saudi Arabian addresses when creating GSX repairs.
- Fixed an issue where the Romanian Consumer Law Claim form was missing a page.
- Customer Data:
- Fixed an issue where the customer’s province/state data could not be saved in some situations.
- Customer Portal:
- Fixed an issue where the Model could be bypassed even when the field was set as mandatory.
