New Features:
- Cost Estimate Macro Step:
- Added a new macro step option to create a quick Cost Estimate PDF and email it to the customer.
- If you would like to have this setup in your tenant, please reach out to support@fixably.com
- Cost Estimate with Options:
- In tenants using a Payment Integration with Cost Estimates, an alternative workflow has been created to better support Customers with Payment Terms or other B2B use cases.
- When a customer receives a cost estimate with options, they can either accept or decline. Currently, upon selecting an option, the customer is prompted to pay via a payment integration, for example, with Stripe, Buckaroo, P24, etc.
- This is not the preferred flow, as many customers will receive invoices at the end of the month.
- Added a new checkbox in Customer → Advanced Settings called “Bypass Payment Integration”
- If this is selected, Cost Estimates for that customer will not prompt the payment workflow.
- IGSPN Integration:
- Added a new Part Collection label following Samsung’s U-Class formatting
- If you would like to have this enabled in your tenant, please reach out to support@fixably.com
- Customer Portal:
- Added a new configuration option so Manufacturer Part Numbers / Product Codes can be hidden from customer-facing views in the customer portal.
- If you would like to have this enabled in your tenant, please reach out to support@fixably.com
- Printouts:
- Add a new option to System Settings > Printouts > Basic Settings
- If the “Show Product Codes” option is disabled, Manufacturer Part Numbers / Product codes are hidden from customer-facing documents.
Updates to Existing Features:
- Cost Estimate with Options:
- Added a new column to show the price excluding VAT when the customer views a cost estimate.
- Previously, only the VAT-included price was displayed.
- This improves localization for countries that prefer pricing excluding VAT and for B2B customers who may not pay VAT.
- Repeat Repair:
- Changed the behaviour so that the repeat repair label would not be shown if the previous order was in draft mode.
- Changed the behaviour so that Orders including Apple’s Non-Serialized device are not included.
Bug Fixes:
- Variables:
- Fixed an issue where the variable for the OEM repair number (GSX or GSPN) was inconsistent across different system functions.
- This issue has been corrected, and the {repairNumber} variable now applies for Repair Stickers, Snippets and Email Templates.
- Documentation has been updated.
- Macros:
- Fixed an issue where Users could bypass mandatory address settings under certain circumstances.
- GSX Integration:
- Fixed an issue where the auto-close GSX repairs cron job was not closing repairs if no shared GSX account was configured.
- Margins:
