Updates to Existing Features:
- Purchase Orders:
- Added a new field to the Purchase Order create and edit forms where a User can specify the invoice number provided by your vendor.
- Customer Roles / GSX Integration:
- The B2B Portal role now has the same logic as the Reseller role when using the customer portal.
- When using the GSX integration:
- Customers with the B2B Portal role will preselect “Direct Submission”
- Customers with the Reseller role will preselect “Indirect Submission”
- GSX Integration:
- GSX Purchase Orders are now automatically closed if a GSX repair is in a rejected status.
- GX02 → Declined - Rejected by Local Approver
- GX08 → Declined - Rejected by Apple
- SCNC → Declined - Repair Cancelled
- Added a new configuration option into System Settings > Integrations > GSX > “Use only ‘Received in Service Location’ for GSX received date. “
- When enabled, the GSX unit received date is based only on the first 'received in service location' event and ignores 'received in store'. When disabled, the earlier of the two events is used.
- This update is useful to AASPs who have non-servicing locations/drop-off points.
- GSX Purchase Orders are now automatically closed if a GSX repair is in a rejected status.
- Signature App Settings:
- UI updates to System Settings > Integrations > Signature App
- GSPN Integration:
- Updated the logic associated with Samsung’s in-warranty data retention policies. Order notes are no longer masked.
- Fedex Poland Integration:
- Fedex Poland shipments can now be cancelled using the integration.
Bug Fixes:
- GSX Integration:
- Fixed an issue where the system would try to set Awaiting Parts status when the order was already in Awaiting Parts status.
- Fixed an issue where GSX Logs could be slow to load under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where the system could be slow to respond when adding Apple’s non-serialized products to an Order.
- Fixably API:
- Fixed an issue where the queue was not sent in API calls if the value in the request was NULL.
- System Optimization:
- Optimized customer queries for tenants with over 1.5 million customer records.
