    New Features: Updates to Existing Features: Bug Fixes:

    New Features:

    • Cost Estimates:
      • Added a new Order Status type > Cost Estimate Expired
      • This allows tenants to differentiate between a Declined and Expired Cost Estimate in your workflows.
    • GSX Integration:
      • Added a new setting to System Settings > Integrations > GSX
        • “Update selling price when Apple substitutes a flat rate part on mail-in repairs.”
        • When enabled, and Apple substitutes a flat rate part on a MINS or WUMS mail-in repair, the order line selling price is updated from the substitute product's GSX pricing option.
          • Carry-in repairs are never affected.
          • Invoiced lines are never modified.
    • Customer Portal:
      • Added support for multi-select type tasks to the Customer Portal.

     

    Updates to Existing Features:

    • Roles & Permissions:
      • The previous User Settings > General > Role field has been retired and moved to Roles & Permissions.
        • Previous Technician Role:
          • Technicians were shown in the dropdown for handler and also in the technician efficiency list
        • New Options: Added new settings to Roles & Permissions:
          • Orders > “Can be assigned as Order Handler”
          • Reporting > “Visible in User Report.”
        • Previous Shop Assistant Role:
          • The shop assistant has an idle mode where the system will show who is logged in after 10 minutes. There is also an option that stores data only in a cookie.
        • New Options: Add new settings to Roles & Permissions:
          • Global Settings > Enable Idle Mode
        • Previous Logistics Role:
          • Logistics did not have any specific functionality, so it has been removed entirely.
      • Adjusted the permissions options for removing Order Lines:
        • Delete Draft Order Line
          • With this setting enabled, the User can remove an Order Line from the Order ONLY if it is in Draft Status.
        • Delete Confirmed Order Line
          • With this setting enabled, the User can remove an Order Line if it is in Draft OR Confirmed.
    • Translations:
      • Updates to German PDF translations.
      • Updates to Romanian VMI translations.
    • Fixably API:
      • Improved Purchase Order documentation to better support Enterprise clients building deep API integrations (e.g., real-time ERP sync).

    • SLA / Turnaround time:
      • Renamed the Booking App SLA fields to Public SLA + Public SLA Description.

     

    Bug Fixes:

    • GSX Integration:
      • Fixed an issue where, when Apple substitutes a part, the Purchase Order in Fixably was not updated.
    • Batch Edit:
      • Fixed an issue when importing orders, where the UI layout could become misaligned.
    • Reporting:
      • Fixed an issue with the standard Technician Efficiency report.
      • Performance improvements with the Locations Report.
      • Optimized the Order query in Advanced Reports to avoid page timeouts.
    • SLA / Turnaround time:
      • Fixed an issue where, when the edit form is viewed on narrow screens, the fields were not aligned.
    • WhatsApp Integration:
      • Fixed the WhatsApp template creation form so the language picker only offers codes that Meta's template API actually supports.
    • Order Lines:
      • Changed the placement of the new “Print Label” button to avoid it being too close to the “Remove from Order” button.
      • Fixed an issue where the Order Line menu was not visible when the language was set to French.
    • Purchase Orders:
      • Fixed an issue where Parts were automatically converted to use the same stock when creating a PO from Parts Pending Purchase.
    • Fixably API:
      • Fixed an issue when Orders were created using the order:create.contact_to_customer OAuth2 scope, a last name value was required, even though the Fixably UI supports names without a last name.
    • Order Lists:
      • Fixed an issue when using Custom Fields with long values, where the gear and action buttons were not visible on screen.
    • Performance:
      • Fixed an issue where application caches were not cleaning correctly, resulting in reduced performance under some circumstances.
