News: Legacy UI Retirement

• With the release of our updated dark mode, the main reason for keeping the legacy UI has been resolved. We’ll be retiring the legacy UI on the following schedule:
  • November 28 – Banner added notifying tenants of the retirement
  • By December 4 – Remaining users will be migrated to the new UI (fallback options available if needed)
  • December 11 – Legacy UI fully retired and removed

Updates to Existing Features:

• Fixably Camera App v1.0.4:
  • Added new functionality so users can zoom in and out.
  • Added new functionality so users can manually focus if required.
• Purchase Orders:
  • When a tenant is not using an OEM integration (GSX or GSPN), users can now update the purchase price of an item prior to being received.
• Roles & Permissions:
  • To align with the support ticket standards from many of our customers, we have disabled the ability to submit support tickets for the default “User” permission group.
  • This setting has now been applied to existing tenants.

Bug Fixes:

• Booking App:
  • Fixed an issue where colours were not saved correctly in System Settings.
• Customer Portal:
  • Fixed an issue where Orders could be created without the Device Model.
  • Fixed an issue where the End User country value could be missing from the Order if a B2B company's end users are preloaded into the system.
• Order QR Code:
  • Fixed an issue where the Order QR code was missing from the files menu when Fixably Paperless was not enabled.
• Emails:
  • Fixed an issue where emails were stuck in delivered status in the UI, despite being delivered to the customer.
• User Settings UI:
  • When a section is expanded, the buttons now show “Collapse”.
• Fixably UI:
  • Bug fixes when using Fixably on mobile phone-sized devices.
• Customer Data:
  • Fixed an issue when storing emails with invisible special characters.
• Purchase Orders:
  • Fixed an issue where Purchase Order lines could be duplicated if multiple quantities were ordered.
