  • Report Builder V2 is available for tenants on current Premium or Enterprise plans.
  • It will be automatically enabled in your tenant by end of week.

• System Settings:
  • We have launced a refreshed version of System Settings, redesigned to make settings easier to find and navigate.
  • Search the System Settings menu:
    • A search box lets you filter the System Settings menu to quickly find the setting you need instead of scrolling.
  • System Settings organized into sections:
    • The menu is now grouped into sections, making related settings easier to locate.
  • Task ID column in System Settings > Tasks:
    • The Task ID is now shown as a column, making it easier to reference a specific task.
• Order Tags:
  • Pick order tags from a predefined list rather than typing them freely.
  • This keeps tagging consistent across your team and avoids typos and duplicate tags.
  • Admins manage the allowed list of tags.
• GSX Integration
  • Alert when the GSX shared account is private:
    • Admins are now notified when the GSX shared account is set to private and causing 403 errors, so the misconfiguration can be corrected quickly.
  • Apple's GSX repair notes on the order:
    • Repair notes originating from Apple's GSX are now imported onto the order, so technicians can see Apple's notes without leaving Fixably.

Updates to Existing Features:

• Fixably UI
  • Faster theme switching:
    • Modern themes now load from a single stylesheet and switch instantly between dark and light modes.
  • Sticky save footer on side-panel forms:
    • Sidebar and slide-over forms now keep the save button and tab bar visible as you scroll, so the save button stays within reach on long forms.
  • Compact order timeline:
    • Timeline icons and labels are more compact, so more of the order timeline fits on screen.
  • Branded 404 page:
    • Logged-in users now see a branded page when a page cannot be found.
• Stocks
  • Device Brand column in Stock Management:
    • The Stock Management list now shows a Device Brand column, so you can see and sort stock by brand at a glance.
• Fixably API:
  • Full device data in POST /v3/orders:
    • Include full device data when creating an order via POST /v3/orders, so a separate device call is no longer needed.
  • Set CSAT Risk via API:
    • The CSAT Risk flag can now be set through the API.
• Appointment Scheduler
  • GSX Appointment Number on the Appointment form:
    • The GSX Appointment Number is now shown directly on the Appointment form.
  • GSX Appointment Number as a list column:
    • The GSX Appointment Number is available as a column in List View, so you can see it without opening each order.
• Macros
  • shipment.create macro step UI:
    • The macro builder now provides a UI
  • Print waybill labels from a macro step:
    • Technicians can print previously created waybill labels for an order directly from a macro step.
• Advanced reports:
  • The "Additional email" field is now available in Advanced reports.

Bug Fixes

• Orders Handling:
  • Dispatching order lines is no longer blocked by an "opened cost estimate" error after the estimate has been accepted.
  • Devices can now be edited without being forced to enter an acquisition cost.
• Appointment Booking:
  • Notes added to an order by the GSX Appointment Scheduler now use the correct time.
  • Order-timeline appointment events now show tenant-local time instead of UTC for tenants outside the UTC timezone.
• Reports:
  • The Date/Time filter now works in Report Builder V2.
• System Settings:
  • Unchecking a checkbox in integration and system settings forms now saves correctly.
• Printouts:
  • Uploaded images no longer render with wrong or oversaturated colours in generated PDFs, such as cost estimates.
• Stock Traceability:
  • In-home stock traceability pages are now usable on mobile in the modern theme.
