  1. Click on your User Name Menu and then select System Settings. 

 

 

Creating Zone Settings

Zones are used to group different Service Locations and Stores with common turnaround time options. 

  1. From the Settings Menu, click Locations and then select Zone Settings. 



     
  2. To create a new zone, click Create new zone.


     
  3. Add a Name for the new zone.



     
  4. Select which Locations should be assigned to the new zone. 



     
  5. Locations can only be assigned to one zone at a time. If you do not see the location in the list, check that it is not assigned to another zone. 

     
  6. When complete, click Save.

 

 

Editing Existing Zone Settings

  1. Find the required Zone from the list. 



     
  2. Click the Gear menu and then select Edit.



     
  3. Edit the Name or Locations as required.



     
  4. When complete, click Save.


 

 

Creating Service Types

Service Types are used to create different turnaround time options for different types of repairs (Display repairs, battery repairs, etc.)

  1. From the Settings Menu, click Turnaround Time and then select Service Types. 



     
  2. Click Create new service type.



     
  3. Add a Name for the new Service Type.



     
  4. Add a Description for the new Service Type.



     
  5. When complete, click Save.

 

 

Creating Service Types

  1. From the Settings Menu, click Turnaround Time and then select TAT Promises. 



     
  2. Click Create new TAT promise.



     
  3. Add a Name for the new TAT Promise.



     
  4. Select the Device Types the promise should apply to. 



     
  5. Based on the Service Types you previously created, select the appropriate options from the drop-down menu. 



     
  6. Select whether the TAT Promise should apply to Zones, Locations or Stores.



     
  7. Select which Zones, Locations or Stores the TAT Promise should be available for. 



     
  8. Select which days of the week the TAT Promise should be available for. 



     
  9. Add the Start and End times for when the TAT Promise should be available.



     
  10. Add the Diagnosis TAT and Repair TAT. 



     
  11. When complete, click Save.
