Creating New Delivery Methods Changing Delivery Methods

Creating New Delivery Methods

  1. Using an Administrator account, from the Fixably Home Screen, select your User Name menu and then click System Settings.



     
  2. From the Settings Menu, click Delivery Methods.



     
  3. Click New Delivery Method.



     
  4. Select the Carrier. Any Shipping Integrations you are using will be visible.



     
  5. Enter a Name. This name is visible in Macros and the Customer Portal when the Delivery Method is used.


     
  6. Enter the Short Name. This name is used on Printouts and when viewing the Delivery Method in an Order.


     
  7. Select the Type of Delivery Method.



     
  8. If this Delivery Method is used with Internal Transits, click the Internal Delivery checkbox.



     
  9. If the Delivery Method is used in the Customer Portal, select Yes from the Visible for Customers drop-down menu. 



     
  10. Give the Delivery Method a Description.



     
  11. If applicable, provide additional Instructions.



     
  12. Select the Location or Store the Delivery Method should be available for. 



     
  13. Select the Queue the Delivery Method should be available for.



     
  14. When complete, click Save.

 

 

Changing Delivery Methods

  1. Using an Administrator account, from the Fixably Home Screen, select your User Name menu and then click System Settings.



     
  2. From the Settings Menu, click Delivery Methods.



     
  3. From the list, click the Gear menu beside the Delivery Method you are looking to edit.



     
  4. Click Edit.



     
  5. Modify any information as required. 



     
  6. When complete, click Save.
