What Branding is Possible with my Fixably Booking Portal?
Brand your Booking App with your logo, header and footer colors, social links, footer and Good to know text, then preview the result.
Audience: administrators and managers who set up the Fixably Booking App for their shop.
Your booking page should look like your shop, not a generic template. In the Booking App settings you can add your logo, set the header and footer colors, link your social media pages, and write your own footer and "Good to know" text. You can then preview the result before customers see it. This article covers the Booking App, where customers book repairs online. For the Repair Portal, see What Branding is Possible with my Fixably Repair Portal?

Open the Booking App settings
- Open System Settings from the menu under your name.
- Select Booking App.
- Scroll down to the Branding section.
Add your logo
- Next to Logo, drop an image file or click Choose file. Use an SVG, HEIC or PNG file. SVG is recommended.
- Optional: in Logo URL, enter the web address customers go to when they click your logo, usually your shop's website. Use the full address, including http:// or https://. This field does not set the logo image itself.

Set your colors
- Set the Header color to match your brand. Type a color code, such as #1b3350, or click the color swatch.
- Set the Footer color.
- Set the Footer text color. Pick a color that stays readable on top of your footer color, for example white on a dark footer.
The swatch and the color code next to each field always stay in step.

Add your social links
Under Social links, enter the full address of your Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram pages. Each one appears as an icon in the booking page header. You can leave any of them empty.

Write your footer text
The booking page footer has three columns: left, center and right. Each one has its own text.
- Under Footer, click Edit next to Footer left text. Add your shop name and address, for example "Duck Repairs, 1100 S Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78704".
- Click Apply.
- Click Edit next to Footer center text and add your opening hours, for example "Mon-Fri 9 AM - 6 PM, Sat 10 AM - 4 PM". Click Apply.
- Click Edit next to Footer right text and add your phone number and email address. Click Apply.

Note: Apply only updates the form. Your text is stored when you save the settings.
Write your Good to know text
Good to know is your chance to set expectations up front. Customers see it on their booking confirmation.
- Under Good to know, click Edit.
- Write what customers should know before they come in. For example: what to bring, how long repairs usually take, and that they should back up their device first.
- Click Apply.

Save and preview
- Click Save settings.
- Under Actions, next to Booking page preview, click Preview.
- Check the result: your logo, your header color with the social icons, and your three footer columns. Click Back to return to the settings.

The preview shows your text as plain text. On the live booking page, line breaks and formatting such as headings are shown as you wrote them, and the Good to know text appears on the booking confirmation.
